e8urban were engaged to develop a Master Plan for a 6.2 hectare site in Westmead NSW.

The Preferred Urban Design was based on the evolution of two design options in the framework of a place-led design approach.

The Preferred Urban Design embodies high quality urban design, considered place making and innovation above and beyond the current market expectations.

It includes a wide range of land uses and public domain types creating a diverse and unique local neighbour that responds to local context and the strategic objectives for the area.
