e8urban conducted a due diligence study for an 80-hectare land parcel located in the Northern Rivers Region of NSW. Owned by Southern Cross University (SCU), the site is situated on the periphery of Lismore.

This undertaking aims to craft a sensitive response to the unique landscape and character of the local region, taking into account the necessity of reconstruction following the devastating 2022 floods.

Our role involves collaborating with the client team in a master planning-led process to establish a baseline scenario for redevelopment.

The concept seeks to introduce a diverse range of housing into the local market, as well as include lots that can accommodate existing homes that can be relocated from areas within Lismore with a high flood risk profile.
Currently, the project is in progress, with further stages contingent upon agreement of a Project Development Agreement.
