Parramatta Light Rail Structure Plan

In June 2019 e8urban were commissioned by The City of Parramatta to develop Precinct Plans for the Harris Park/Rosehill to Carlingford Light Rail Corridor (the Corridor). The purpose of the Precinct Plans is to provide a strategic framework that guides the nature and form of any future change and development.

The requirement to prepare the Precinct Plan for the Harris Park/Rosehill to Carlingford Parramatta Light Rail Corridor is the result of a Council Resolution on 29 October 2018. The Precinct Plan consists of an Urban Structure Plan for the Corridor and a series of Spatial Precinct Plans for each Precinct.
