The 12 hectare project Site for this urban design study is located approximately 400m south of Rooty Hill train station. It is bordered by the Westlink M7, Eastern Road and Angus Creek and existing residential development.

Our planning and urban design study aimed to provide certainty around future land use outcomes.

It provides a Concept Master Plan, superlot pattern, public domain design an indicative housing product mix and a development yield.

Our Concept Master Plan promotes an exciting spatial vision. It embodies the Project Objectives for delivering high quality urban design, considered placemaking and innovation above and beyond the current market expectations.
