Working for the Department of Planning and Environment, e8urban developed a master plan and rezoning strategy for the Carter Street Priority Precinct between 2017 and 2019.

The Precinct had originally been rezoned form industrial uses in 2016, however new transport infrastructure - upgrades to Hill Road and the potential for a future light rail stop, along with integration into the current master plan and how the Sydney Olympic Park Master Plan triggered the need to revised the 2016 plan.
