e8urban were engaged by the Land and Housing Corporation to undertake urban design investigation on a land parcel within the Randwick City Council Local Government Area.
The Preferred Option is the result of site analysis, and design testing and evolution.
The proposed site layout and block massing we have developed present outcomes that balance the objective to maximise the utility of the land in the context of the wider corridor upzoning associated with new transport infrastructure.
