This technically challenging Master Plan involves developing a innovative design proposal for a new community in a former basalt quarry on South Coast NSW. Consisting of over 2,000 new homes, this new costal village is a once-in-a-generation undertaking.

For more than 75 years Bombo Quarry has been playing a critical role in supplying ballast, aggregates and road base across NSW.

Although the quarry site is still operational, e8urban have prepared a draft Master Plan to ensure the site remains an iconic south coast location.

The Bombo Quarry Master Plan is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to create a sustainable and vibrant community where people can live, work and play delivering approximately 2,000 new homes over the next 5, 10 and 20 years.
